As Chief Executive Officer Asia Pacific, Jim is responsible for all facets of Asurion's APAC operations. Since joining Asurion in 2002, Jim has held a number of roles including leading Asurion's supply chain management operations, program management team as well as product management and product marketing teams for Asurion's handset insurance, warranty management and roadside assistance businesses. Before joining Asurion, Jim worked at DigitalThink, Mckinsey and Co. and served in the US Navy as a Nuclear Submarine Officer. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the United States Naval Academy, Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Philosophy from Cambridge University and an MBA from Stanford University.

Grant joined Asurion in 2013 and is responsible for Asurion’s Asia Pacific Supply Chain and Customer Solutions teams, as well as leading the SouthEast Asia, Australia and Taiwan businesses as CEO. Grant has over 25 years’ experience in the global mobile telecommunications industry and has worked at OEMs, carriers and service providers including Nokia and Teleplan. During his 16 years at Nokia, he led the Global Customer Service and Repair Operations as well as numerous other regional and global operational roles across the world. Having lived and worked in APAC for over 15 years, he has a deep understanding of the markets in which we operate.

Khun Manop is the General Manager for Asurion Thailand. He has been with Asurion Thailand since 2014 and is responsible for business operations and leads our business development strategies. Khun Manop has over 20 years of experience in the ICT industry and held a variety of senior roles in leading global corporations such as IBM, Nokia, Sony Ericsson, and Microsoft. ‚Äč

Craig was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Asurion APAC in February 2017. Previously CFO of Asurion Australia for four years, he was instrumental in evolving the Australian business by supporting the business strategically, commercially and operationally. Prior to joining Asurion, Craig had over 20 years experience in the financial services(Insurance) and IT industries for large multinational organizations such as HP, in finance, operational and commercial related roles. Before joining Asurion, Craig was Head of Finance and CFO for the Retails Life Business at TAL (formerly TOWER Australia). Prior to that Craig was the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Genworth Financial Australia.

As Chief Information Officer, Alex leads all IT work which requires managing systems and data centres that run Asurion’s core products and internal systems across all APAC countries. Alex has over 20 years IT systems delivery experience and prior to joining Asurion, he has held senior roles specialising in IT Integration for Standard Chartered Banks Global Financial Markets and Accenture’s Financial Services Consulting practice. Alex holds a Bachelors (Honours) Degree in Information Systems from the University of Leeds, UK.

Chris has been with Asurion since 2013, previously overseeing the launch of new programs, operations and business intelligence throughout APAC and more recently leading the Product and Business Development teams. Chris also leads the Hong Kong team. Prior to joining Asurion, Chris held senior roles in customer operations, sales and marketing within the general insurance, telecommunications and subscription entertainment industries. Now leading the commercial development function, Chris and his team support the local business partners with business development, product development, commercial finance and retail execution.

Ciaron has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications, insurance and professional services sectors. During his career, he has worked in Finland, Japan, Germany, India, Singapore and Hong Kong in a variety of domestic, regional and global HR roles. Ciaron brings a broad spectrum of experience to Asurion and as Vice President, Human Resources – Asia, is accountable for designing, building and delivering all Human Capital solutions across Asia.

Arran leads our Product organization and is responsible for creating and owning the product vision and strategy, bringing to market new products and services for our partners. Arran joined Asurion in 2013 and has held a number of roles including Product Launch, Customer Growth and Head of Product, Korea, where he served as an instrumental leader in evolving the Korea business. Arran has over 15 years’ experience in the telecoms industry having worked at Telcos and in Professional Services prior to joining Asurion. During his career he has worked and lived in the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong and South Korea with roles encompassing local, regional and global leadership responsibilities. Arran holds a Bachelor’s (Honours) Degree in Entrepreneurship in Technology, IT and Business from the University of Surrey.

Mark joined Asurion in 2009 and leads our Supply Chain and Customer Solutions Operations in the APAC region. He is responsible for working across multiple countries and clients to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while designing the future operating model. Prior to his current role, he led more than 4,000 individuals in the Repair Operations, Procurement, Engineering and Quality organizations in North America, Asia, the European Union and Latin America. This included being responsible for management of our Global OEM relationships, as well as providing the engineering innovation and improvements that support the supply chain delivery of a high-quality Same Unit Repair product. Mark began his career in radar and communications in the Royal Air Force, after which he led manufacturing, design, test and reliability functions through the early years of the cellphone industry with Motorola, Nokia and Tekmar Systemi across Europe, Asia and Americas. He earned a Bachelor of Science with honors in electronic engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University and is also a qualified and practiced Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt.
